777xx Terms and Conditions — Your Rights, Rules & Platform Responsibilities

01 Introduction

03 Account Rules

Opening, using or attempting to use more than one account — whether under the same or different name, email address, device, payment method or IP address — is a breach of these Terms and may result in all accounts being permanently closed with balances voided.

04 Deposits and Payment Methods

All deposits at 777xx are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are supported for deposits:

• JazzCash — mobile wallet deposits processed directly through your JazzCash account.
• Easypaisa — mobile wallet deposits processed directly through your Easypaisa account.
• Raast — instant bank-to-platform transfers via the Raast payment infrastructure.
• Bank Transfer — direct bank transfers from your personal bank account.

Deposits must be made from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment method belongs to another individual — are not permitted. If a third-party deposit is identified, 777xx reserves the right to reverse the transaction, restrict the account and request clarification before allowing further activity.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may apply and will be displayed at the point of deposit. These limits may vary depending on the payment method selected and your current VIP tier. Higher VIP tiers generally benefit from increased deposit limits.

Deposits are typically credited to your 777xx account promptly after payment confirmation. Processing times may vary slightly depending on the payment method and network conditions at the time of the transaction. If a deposit has not been credited within a reasonable period, contact 777xx support with your transaction reference number for assistance.

777xx does not charge deposit fees on its side. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges — it is your responsibility to check with your provider.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible, in line with standard anti-money-laundering practice. You may request a withdrawal of your available real-money balance subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Any active wagering requirements on bonus funds must be completed before the bonus-associated balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• The withdrawal amount must meet the minimum withdrawal threshold applicable to your account and VIP tier.
• Withdrawals are processed to payment methods registered in your own name only.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

777xx offers a range of bonuses and promotional credits to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, PKR cashback, event-based promotions tied to the PSL cricket season and other periodic offers. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless the specific bonus offer states otherwise:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus play must be wagered a specified number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal. The wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated clearly at the time of the offer.
• Time limits: Bonuses may have an expiry period within which the wagering requirement must be completed. Unused bonus funds that expire are forfeited without compensation.
• Game restrictions: Certain bonuses may only be used on specified game categories. Where a bonus is restricted to particular games, this will be stated in the offer terms.

07 VIP Programme

The 777xx VIP programme operates across five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Progression through the tiers is based on accumulated loyalty points earned through real-money gameplay across all game categories on the platform — Slots, Casino, Fish Games, Bingo and the Game Lobby.

Key VIP programme conditions include:

• VIP tier upgrades are applied automatically once the required loyalty point threshold for the next tier is reached. No manual application is needed.

08 Games and Fair Play

If you wish to close your own account, you may do so by contacting 777xx support at any time. Upon voluntary closure:

• Any real-money balance available for withdrawal will be processed to your registered payment method after standard verification checks.
• Active bonus funds that have not yet met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
• VIP points and tier status associated with the account will be cancelled.

In cases where 777xx closes an account due to a breach of these Terms or suspected fraud, the platform reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, the balance may be voided in full.
